Does anyone kow the current interest rates for a USDA Loan in Texas? - current interest only rates

I try to lock my interest rate is, however, now say that the rate of 6.5%, which is a bit too high for me. Is there somewhere I can see for myself? Oly I can not find the interest on the FHA USDA guaranteed loans. I have 3 weeks before closing please help!
