I have had knee meniscus operation and have to go back for ACL rebuild. Question..? - rebuild the knee

They said they would be 2 / 3 small holes need in the knee, but I have a scar 4 cm below the kneecap! Nobody answered my question and have 2 wait 2 weeks to get to 2 points and 2 more of a consultant. Ideas?
